ABSTRACT
A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) é o principal componente para a estruturação de uma assistência centrada na família e na comunidade, o âmbito da saúde pública. O trabalho em saúde com famílias pressupõe o emprego de instrumentos que visam estreitar as relações com a equipe multiprofissional de saúde, constituindo fatores fundamentais para o diagnóstico da realidade no núcleo familiar e posterior planejamento das estratégias de ações em saúde. Objetiva-se apresentar um relato de caso envolvendo a utilização de ferramentas de acesso familiar pela Equipe de Saúde da Família Vila Greyce, no município de Montes Claros Minas Gerais, Brasil. A escolha da família para estudo ocorreu a partir do relato de Agentes Comunitários de Saúde acerca de abandono dos filhos pelos pais. Os instrumentos empregados foram: genograma, ciclo de vida, FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientations). A utilização de tais ferramentas possibilitou aprofundamento do conhecimento da família como um todo e da dinâmica de funcionamento familiar.
The Family Health Strategy (ESF) is the main component for estructuring centered care in the family and community, within the public health. Health work with families requires the use of instruments designed to strengthen relations with the multidisciplinary health team, are basic factors for the diagnosis of the reality of the family nucleus and subsequent planning of health actions strategies. The objective is to present a case report involving the use of family access tools by Health Team Family Village Greyce in the municipality Montes Claros Minas Gerais, Brazil. The family of choise for the study came from the Community Health Agents report about the abandonment of children by their parents. The instruments used were: genogram, life cycle, FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientations). The use of such tools possible deepening of the knowledge of the family as a whole and family functioning dynamics.
